Hi

Just letting u know (the the title says) the multihoster "grab8" is now "prem.link"

I get an error "Plugin broken contact JD support" when I try to add my grab8 (now prem.link)acct.

Please fix asap. Thanks

grab8 doesn't mention site rename, nor does it redirect to prem.link
they are running the same website version, and looks like it's on the same infrastructure

grab8 still works fine here. If you have issues post logs (if its add account based you will need to provide debug logs).

But, interestingly, prem.link doesn't make any reference to grab8.
Both sites show the same contact information. But, who can be sure that an imposter can't do this? There are a whole lot of phishing and similar-looking sites all over the web.

Only way of authentication can be a direct reference of grab8 in the prem.link official site. Unfortunately, its nowhere!

probably the date of the script they run not the service. grab8 and prem.link claim the same year of foundation, but different supported hosts

Didn't see that in my look this morning. But I see a reference just now within the 'welcome' section (Grab8)

it's a mess, in chrome
you open in chrome grab8.com > you redirect to prem.link > successfully login (cookies are set) > reloads a redirect via json response to prem.link homepage > then that redirects again to grab8.com, since you can't retain cookies values when switching domains == epic fail on login for everyone.

It would be nice of them to provide an API for us but I kinda have the feeling they won't.

I was in touch with their support once and it took them 2 weeks to answer.
If anyone has a good way to contact their support: Please let us know.

I'm trying to add prem.link account to JD, JD asks me for captcha (always 2 symbols) and always shows error "Can't check account", after 5 minutes captcha appear again, I enter it and result the same.
Same time on prem.link page, I can login with my l/p and captcha (btw, on site it's the same captcha but with 5 symbols) without problem.

In JD logs i found

Debugging the process I found jpg with captcha and HTTP POST request with answer are have the same symbols, so I enter the right ones.

I've tried their captcha 20+ times, it's simple captcha, and still "wrong captcha".

Looks like plugin was updated, captcha now has the same amount of symbols like on site, but error "Cannot check acount" still exist.
