Why every alldebrid i try to download with my premium account at alldebrid i CAN'T download from your program but if i try from browser i can normally?


Is there any problem with allderid plugin????


I try restart my router, or another pc.


The problem is the same any alldebrib link DOESN'T start download.


Here is my logfile:

And i try even without and dns provider or with google dns cause i see this:

So IT'S NOT cloudflare dns problem but alldebrid plugin issue.




I try easybytez link with my premium account and works just fine.


So there must be something with the alldebrid plugin/addon.

I'm unable to reproduce this here but I've forwarded it to the alldebrid support.
This is NOT a JDownloader issue/bug!

Alldebrid has responded.

Seems like they had server maintenance the last night and the database was down (see errormessage in your log).

According to them, everything is back up and running.

Exaxtly that I mean and other links like rapidgator throu alldebrid doesn't work.

And alldebrid use uptobox.com for torrent magnet links.

I try it again after some hours and I tell you if I had problem.

Do you add mean DIRECT alldebrid URLs or URLs like uptobox.com/yyyyyyzzzzzz
Which URLs did you add to JD?
In any case - both ways should work fine!

Psp marked it as solved when he got the answer back from alldebrid admin & the thread is marked as solved (@18:28). His original post stated it wasn't a JD issue and hes correct, alldebrid admin confirmed and stated they resolved.

If you find that you're still experiencing problems, post a fresh log.

This way I solve really to many problems.

1. 3 people checked your issue: Two of us and the alldebrid support which is btw. great and responds really fast ...

2. It is NOT normal that we have the ability to contact other websites' owners like in this case, alldebrid - better be happy that this is possible.

3. We were not able to reproduce your issues and got feedback from alldebrid --> No reason for us to believe that this issue still exists.
Every process that failed in your log worked fine here in my tests.

4. The issue you've experienced was never an issue caused by our application!
We are unable to always display meaningful errormessages in our application which is why you should always check against manual download via browser!

Also, we keep reading topics even when they're tagged as "Solved".
If your issue would still happen, we'd have changed the status of this topic again.
This way, we can provide a more efficient support as we do not always have to wait for feedback and change thread prefixes afterwards.
In most cases, a thread with a "Solved" tag really is solved!

If you still experience issues, you're free to tell us and post another log.

Please also keep in mind that our support is free - sure we are open for feedback so if your feedback is that we should not have changed the prefix so early: Understood!
