i can't register
the cachpa doesn't work

Microsoft has blocked our transactional email server, thus no hotmail,live,msn,outlook,microsoft domains will work. Please use a different mail provider

which domain do they block? as he signed up to this forum this month on one of those domains.

Not domain, they blocked the server we use for transactional mails
