[Bug?] "Max. simultaneous Downloads" Failure
Hi, recently I started noticing that even when being active, neither the "Max. simultaneous Downloads" nor the "per Hoster" equivalent. are being applied. Downloads will just keep starting one after the other, without limits as far as I can see.

did you happen to enable/configure GeneralSettings.automaxdownloadsspeedlimit ?
it starts more downloads to reach your desired speed limit
