Hi, for last few days, my RPi and MyJDownloader gives me this error: "Connection seem to be lost" and I can't see my download list/links. Settings and Linkcollector can be seen but not downloads section.

Do you use a Proxy/VPN? According to log the proxy is unavailable and depending on your configuration, MyJDownloader also uses it and fails because of same reason

No, on my RPi, only JDownloader, Deluge and rTorrent is installed. It was working few days ago and then I turned it off and tried other SD Card which didnt turn so I put the old SD back in without touching anything on it.

Check your filesystem, log shows this system warning
Structure needs cleaning

also check your JDownloader settings because it shows
PROXY_UNAVAILABLE
