I cannot download from **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**. It will download a html file... Any ideas?

Probably Plugin is outdated (they changed something on the site and we didn't notice) - please provide some more info, like JD Version you use and sample links which do not work for you.
