we have done nudda, next round of updates are ready for release just waiting on jiaz. You have to remember 95% issues are caused by hosters changing website/apis/etc without telling us, thus breaking jD. Some do this on purpose to prevent jD and its userbase from that provider (turbobit/zippyshare/etc), majority see jd as positive and not problem to be eradicated.

Just to update you all, I have just checked and i am now able to download yet again from Fileserve with JD. Like the guys say, it is a Fileserve issue not a JD one.

Hi guys,

Just want to post my bad experience with Fileserve here to share.

My premium acct with FS will expire in a few days and I will never go with FS again. I've been with them for 4 months (1M+3M subscription)... it's been practically unusable for me for the last a month and half as I had nothing but issues and I just found out today I'd been secretly banned and the error messages gave the false impression that there was a technical issue with FS.

I figured it out by using a proxy server to access the URL (as an anonymous user), worked fine until I logged in a premium user, which gave me a "landing error", and refused me of any download.

It appears that tens of thousands of ppl share my bad experience with FS.


Here are a series of emails I have exchanged with FS, posted here to show how fraudulent they are:

Since we are having some issues using JDownloader, we may suggest you to use web downloading for the meantime until updates is done from JD’s side. Our Techs are in the midst in finding a solution to this error as well. We highly recommend Firefox or Internet Explorer as preferred browser for downloading.

Rest assured that everything will be back to normal within the coming days.

Please make sure you are running the latest version of JDownloader in your computer. However, if you're already running it, try to remove your account and then adding it again.

JDownloader has a forum for such questions. We do not operate or manage JDownloader. We can recommend on the use of download managers, but that would be on Internet Download Manager or our very own all in one download tool - Fileserve Manager.

Can you help? I had to purchase premium account on FileSonic due to all these errors coming from FileServe but would like to maintain my FileServe account if these errors can be fixed.

it is asking for the re capture in JD

If you're a free loader then it's normal.

If you're a paying customer, then check your account in jD. Is it still valid?

That's why I only pay for 6 months of membership cos I got burned with hotfile
and now fileserve is doing this terrible stuff...

filehosts get greedy or bad once they become too popular..

RS, hotfile, now fileserve..

interesting that RS remove the crapture now...

it was disabled for a while now... after i think it keep failing so it autodisable

1) If your password contains special characters, please change it.

2) Enable the option "Enable Premium globally" in the Premium menu. Also enable the account.

3) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

4) Remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again.

okay just re enable the file host in jd..

that's why i don't pay for any host longer than 6 months..

too much of this crap occurs after they become BIG

Why don't you ask them? If you don't trust what they write on their site, I would never pay them for any service.

Hello, today I woke up and found that all my downloads have the error "Out of date", try manually updating the JDownloader, restart the links, no effect. Following the steps outlined for posting this kind of errors, now shoot me another error: "Unknown landing error".

read the fileserve premium thread which ill merge this into, basically 612 indicates that your banned by fileserver for either download too much, sharing account logins (downloading from multiple ip address at the same time), downloading your own content, and probably other triggers...
