It does not place defective packages/links on the list.

1.) please cleanup your linklist. having 80 thousand links in list...of course this will take time in filtering!
2.) please CLEANUP your linklist.
3.) reset/fix your installation. Close JDownloader and delete Core.jar and the folders tmp and update
