Default wrong video duration

OS: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.4.0-104-generic x86_64)
JDownloader: Built Sun Dec 17 11:58:50 CET 2017
Java: openjdk version "1.8.0_151"

I ran into an issue where saved video file is corrupted with wrong duration information.

sample link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

The video above is 2 hours long but saved one shows 10 hours.

* I am not sure how this one ended up in Deutscher Support, please close it. This report has been posted in English Support as well.

VLC shows correct duration on that video. What videoplayer do you use?
Did the download finish or abort?

I tried to download the video again. Download finished without error but still shows incorrect duration as you could see from above.

VLC shows incorrect duration as well.

Here are steps I used to download the video in JDownloader 2:
1. Right click, add new links
2. Right click on video file entry in LinkGrabber to start download

Hope this helps.

I found the cause. "Linkgrabber -> Group single files in various package" was unchecked, but I am not sure how it affected single file download. File size changed to 1198842923 and it has right duration.

Code:
Thanks.

I'm sorry but that is not the cause. That feature has no influence on plugins/downloads at all.
I guess this has been caused by some buggy video information within the stream itself. Or some error in plugin, downloading different video than expected.
I've downloaded the file 10 times. each time it was correct length.

I suggest to enable log debug, Settings-Advanced Settings, search for debug and enable log debug. Restart JDownloader. When it happens again, please close your JDownloader and zip your logs folder and send to support@jdownloader.org
Then we can check it.

"Linkgrabber -> Group single files in various package" was not the cause, I played with this setting, but all downloaded videos are corrupted again.

A log file zip has been sent to support@jdownloader.org

It is likely the problem with FFmpeg

"ffmpeg version 2.8.11-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 Copyright (c) 2000-2017 the FFmpeg developers"
This is the original one I had installed from the Xenial Xerus.

"ffmpeg version N-61041-g52a2138 Copyright (c) 2000-2014 the FFmpeg developers"
This is built version JD2 installed at "jd2/tools/linux/ffmpeg/x64/", now everything works perfect.

I tried to assign FFmpeg binary path in "jd2/cfg/org.jdownloader.controlling.ffmpeg.FFmpegSetup.json" to a 3.4 built early on, but it didn't work out. Received "FFMPeg does not answer" error while downloading, and the process is hanging. Could you please share some thoughts? Is it possible to swap binary path in cfg at all?

Regards and happy holidays!
