Nope it's not 30 min between 2 dls but 25 min.

hmm so far with update at least it is going fine with the exception of a long wait now between dl's. It looks like it is a filesonic issue and they have changed the dl wait time to 30 Minutes now.

It seems to be ok with JD though as even though JD is telling me there is a wait of 10 minutes, JD is doing what it should do and when the first 10 minutes are up it then checks and puts in the remaining wait time from Filesonic. When the time is up then one can continue with the dl as normal.

Better to have a wait time than to have an out of date plugin

Just an FYI for all.

Since my last post Filesonic has gone into a maintenance mode, so you will get a lot of errors atm if you try to grab anything via JD or Web Browser etc. say about 30 minutes but who knows.

Lets see if they actually fix anything or if they screw things up more when they finish.

Remember to restart JD after receiving any update, even if it does not tell you to restart.

Ok after Filesonic came back up JD is working fine with the exception mentioned earlier about the 30 minute wait.

What I have noticed also is after the first dl and it switches to the next the delay is set by JD to 10 minutes, it counts down but when it resets to current countdown which should be 20 minutes it then resets to 25 minutes, so now apparently the total wait time becomes 35 minutes instead of the 30 minutes it is supposed to be. When one goes to the web page to dl there is a 30 minute wait time between dl's.

I guess their change still messes with the current JD fix :(

I guess we will wait for another fix when some one gets around to it <sigh>

Oh and the captcha or recaptcha (not sure which of course it is) isn't working either

After this update it still gives me "invalid account" in the premium account settings. I disabled the firewall, next step will be a full reinstall of java and jdownloader. Does anyone else got this problem ?
I want to figure out if its my local fault or if there is a general problem for premium users.

EDIT: Tried it at 3 diff. PCs (same IP though), same Troubles at everyone of them.

Filesonic is finally working, at least for my case. There's still a little problem on the wait time as after it successfully downloads one file, the next one causes a plug-in error (free user ver). But after re-trying in a few minutes or so, it will download again. Needs further fine tuning but thanks anyway to the guys who fixed it.

Thank you very much for the provided information. I want to give Filesonic a chance, but only it they support Jdownloader. As far as i know they do not even got their own download tool at filesonic. At least they should give a better support to premium users if they want a piece of rapidshares cake.

Yeah, just started getting the error again, so came here to see if others were seeing the same thing.

I do have the plugin out of date error too.

It is wrost than that.

I have payed for a premium account today, and I can´t download from JDownloader... but the most funny part is that I can´t download from the website also, it keeps asking me to sign for a premium account... Even when I am logged in!.

This is too much for me, I'm really thinking in deleting all my downloads from Filesonic and never ever trying to get anything from them.

Hi,

I'm new to JDownloader and so far I have found it just great. I am a member of a couple of Premium sites. I have experienced this issue several times without understanding what is going on but this time I thought I'd find out what this plugin issue is. It seems filesonic do this quite a bit, an I correct? I would like to know who the offending sites are coz it seems to me that this is a great way for them to reduce traffic from their premium users. If this is the case I simply wont renew the site.

Can someone advise?

Yep, seems like they screwed up JD again. :( It is almost time for those who have accounts with sites where people tend to upload to with filesonic files to start mentioning to them and others on such sites that anything with filesonic associated won't be downloaded by anyone as their service sucks for both paying and free users IMHO.

Yeah it was only like a day or two but I'm pretty sure filesonic is broken currently. Just reporting I'm having issues right now too.

I've dumped my FSo links into Mipony and it works. When they're downloaded I'll probably stop using FSo links, because I prefer using one download manager.

Please, inform uploaders not to use FSo.

bis zum 28.10 donnerstag konnte ich folgendes machen:
"plugin defect" --> fortsetzen und er lief weiter
gestern ging er ganz allein weiter (12 stunden no probelm)
heute geht garnix
falls jemand also noch ein plug vor dem update hat kann er sich melden

übrigens: er kommt bis zum download

Filesonic was working fine until recently. It says error plugin out of date. Sharingmatrix links used to work fine also. When I update, it says 'no updates available'. The links work fine in the browser. But browser does not support resuming. In between it worked once. I tried reinstalling jdownloader, but it does not help. Please help.

Filesonic again - plugin out of date. Are they ever going to get their system working properly?

I very much doubt if I will renew my premium accout. I will probably change to Oron.

Hope some can get them to fix it before 11 November.

Dude, try the Kindergarden Plugin. Ask your parents for it. Works well even if you are out of date.

Yep, this is a bad case of bad luck, plugin errors again
the plugin error problems were fixed for one day,
but Filesonic picked the day after perfectly to change again,

i never much put my eyes on the layout of filesonic's download page (using JDownloader to grab them and seldom going to the page directly),
but if what little memory serves me right, weren't the download buttons (slow and premium) on the bottom of the "service characteristics" table a day or two before ?

might be that if memory does indeed serve me,
really bad luck and timing
while i have 268 links to go (yes i said 268, don't ask)

also seems the timing is different too.

As said before Friday I payed for a premium account at Filesonic, and my password never worked.

Since friday I've sent 5 emails to filesonic support to try to fix my password, none of them got answered, even when they are supposed to have 24/7 support for premium users.

The funny thing is that they RECCOMEND JDownloader to manage the downloads from their site.

I can only reccomend not downloading anything from filesonic and letting others know how those people work.

It´s even worts than that Naq, I can log in into the website, but even when I'm logged In I can´t download as a premium user from the webpage, nor JDownloader, nor even MiPony... my password simply doesn't work, I payed them for an accout, they took my money and they gave me nothing for it... nor even a response to 5 emails I've set to then (Even when the customer support is stated to stay 24/7 for premium users)... that's plain stealing.

Hi, by my experience this problem is due to the http filter of your antivirus. Try putting filescon in yours exception and then it should work.

FS changed the layout again. The HighSpeed And Slow button now has written boxes blow it stating what user will get like most of the services out there. Then the timer will appear above in a long framebox. timer starts at 60sec then captcha and can start download. note this is for the first download only.

To all that are now complaining and not reading previous posts:

When pspzockerscene and the last fix was released on the 27th or so, JD worked for about 36 hours or so before Filesonic tinkered with their web site again and broke JD once again.

Since then Filesonic has been useless for Free and I think Premium users with JD.

pspzockerscene or another Dev will get around to fixing it probably when they know or feel Filesonic is finished screwing around.

Personally I am not a fan of Filesonic due to their business model and the download speeds for free users. This in itself is a crime if they wish to have real businesses use them for their clients etc. I am forced to use them on occasion but it again is not one of the ones I would feel comfortable in recommending to anyone for anything. My 2 Cents
