Jdownloader get current external IP using these providers

http://ipcheck4.jdownloader.org -> using certificate issued for board.jdownloader.org
http://ipcheck3.jdownloader.org -> using certificate issued for board.jdownloader.org
http://ipcheck2.jdownloader.org -> using certificate issued for board.jdownloader.org
http://ipcheck1.jdownloader.org -> using certificate issued for board.jdownloader.org
http://ipcheck0.jdownloader.org -> doesn't provide a certificate

The problem:
When JD is reconnecting(doing a router restart) it can't fetch external IP because even though these providers are http and not https, JD rejects these providers because they do not have a valid certificate.

Possible solutions:
- Issue new certificates for these domains with the correct hostname.
- Disable checking for SSL connections if the URL protocol is http and not https.
- Use other external IP providers. eg, **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**.

@mostafaz4: I'm sorry but you will have to check/look at your system/setup/environment. JDownloader does request/fetch those URLs via normal http and no SSL/certificates involved at all. Sounds like something on your system/setup does auto change to https without proper checking/error handling (like checking if that domain is available via https or not). The ipcheck services are not available (yet) via https as they just return the IP address endpoint of the used tcp connection and to support high number of requests/s.

However I will look into this in 2022 and deploy https for them as well and slowly migrate from http to https and monitor performance impact.

If you want to use other services you can setup those in advanced settings.
We won't switch the ipcheck endpoint to 3rd party because of privacy concerns
