Green Cycle Icon - Download can be resumed

I finished some downloads today the progression is at 100% and status is at Finished. I look at Total Bytes and Bytes Loaded and they're the same numbers.

But I still see the green recycle icon in the Connection column after the download is finished. I don't remember if that was like this before or was it always like this?

The icon just signals that this download should support resume.I will update column to only show this icon when download is not yet finished.
