Hi

I have a premium on mega debrid. Whenever I download it tries to download it again and again using the daily limits. I contacted mega debrid they said it was due to jDownloader 2.

Auto-connected is enabled btw.

I've attached an image of mega debrid of reset tries.

Not sure why they have chosen to account for downloaded data via that means. I would have chosen for physically downloaded the data vs generating final download links. Generating a link doesn't mean you've downloaded any data, even on the website manually its just that you 'might' download it.

we could adjust the code if required, but generated links are usually ip specific (else you could have one account and share generated links with others), and ones ip might change been try and retry down the track.

I tried it again. It's still acting up.

When I use deepbrid.com it downloads with no issues. I have premium on deepbrid and mega debrid.

@ABCDownloader, it clearly shows the differences between the two providers on how they account for data, or megadebrid has backend issues which causes fault in which JD retries in megadebrid and not with deepdebrid.

Are you able to download the content with megadebrid within your browser when fails in JDownloader?

No it just hangs on the download page. I attached an image.

I will ping a support ticket at Mega Debrid to see what they have to say about this.

However it's weird I'm the only one posting about this problem. Must be someone else using jDownloader and mega debrid getting the same errors.

I will report back when the support has some answers.

if you have a log from a session that has failed it would be useful to upload and provide use with the jdlog://id

This is the reponse I got from Support

"This is because when a link is generated on hotlink.cc, hotlink.cc count the traffic even if you don't have downloaded your link...
So, if JD generate the same link 10 times, Hotlink.cc count the traffic 10 times."

I played around with the settings in Usage Rules tab. And it seemed to have helped.

I had a log that showed that megadebrid created a download link (reduces the traffic) but that generated download link doesn't work(fails with timeout, server error) and thus JDownloader tries again to create new link (traffic again)....and again and again.

When it happens again, please create a log.

When the link doesn't work in browser either, that's a sign for something on MegaDebrid side. Maybe it's due to recent changes on hotlink website and megadebrid not having updated their support yet.

Yea, I thought it was due to MegaDebrid since the other debrid premium services was working fine.
