anyways.. first it worked and after a couple of successful link searches it stopped working. Now it only says PluginDefekt!view video:)

I only found Settings > Plugins > pornhub.com in the dropdown menu and I can't find a version number.


Problem description:
I have an account on pornhub that currently has premium access. The account is added to the account manager with status "Account is ok: Premium Account".

Until ~24 hours ago everything worked fine. I tried to download another video today and encountered the following problems.

1. Adding a link, premium or regular, results in a new folder "Plugin Defect!view video" with files "Plugin Defect!view_video.php".


2. If you try to start a download for such a link, it results in:
File not found



3. If you try to download a file that was already successfully added to your LinkGrabber (from a few days ago), it results in:
Try restarting this link (plugin outdated?)

There are also log folders in my \JDownloader v2.0\logs folder with a bunch of files, including:

I don't know if you need them aswell or if everything is included in the log above.

I couldn't find Debug Mode under "settings > advanced settings > Log: Debug Mode", because I couldn't find the "advanced settings".


If you need any further information, let me know. As mentioned above, it worked fine until ~24 hours ago.

I see that there is already another thread by now. Sorry for this, it took me too long to write this and by the time I submitted it there was already another thread posted. Should have checked again right before submitting it.

links will not download. say error occurred pornhub, did a restart did not help.
then deleted link and repaste the link but instead of video link I got Plugin defect!view video

I've been downloading a decent amount of videos off of pornhubpremium during the quarantine, but I've suddenly run into this error that I can't seem to figure out why.

Everytime I try to add a new link I get a plugin defect error, and a lot of the videos that were in my queue have gotten "an error occured." How do I fix this?

Same problem here. I think it might be connected to account manager, cause even if I select pornhubpremium account from list and enter my credentials, it gets switched to pornhub. Also they might have changed something in domains, cause everytime i log in from "normal" pornhub.com, all of my pages are now in domain pornhubpremium.com, and when I try to go back to pornhub.com, I see that I'm not logged in on that page.

I am having the same issue. The PH Premium was working for me last night (30 March) and has not worked today at all. I've tried a VPN and playing with my end and nothing seems to work. The only thing that I get now is "PluginDefect!view_video.php" in all attempts to grab videos.

This is somehow unrelated, but could you guys tell me if your watched label on previously watched videos disappeared? Mine has. I don't mean entries older than 50000. Current ones... For now i am in the dark with 6250 unfinished profiles, but i still have 78000 links left to download and close to 30000 videos on my stash! :D Haven't been using it much for the past 2 weeks, but i plan to come back strong starting today. Downloading... Can't collect stuff until they fix that problem... Wouldn't be sensible.

I agree, eheh. But don't be following my example. Be extremely selective and don't get ahead of yourself. Stick with what you like. Be responsible and moderated. In a crisis people need to react, not dulling their senses with pornography. BTW, they must have heard me this time because the problem was fixed. It was like that for two weeks.
