Default Google Drive "Try restarting this link (plugin outdated?)" error

Hello!
First of all, thank you to the people on the staff for making and maintaining this amazing program for such a long time. I've only discovered this a few days ago, but it has already been of huge help for my use case.

I'm making a backup of a massive shared drive on Google Drive (1.6 TB of files) since its files will become susceptible for deletion starting Feb. 1st.
I have managed to download almost all of it, but there are many important files that I couldn't download and got the error message "Try restarting this link (plugin outdated?)". There are waaay too many files for me to download manually, so I'm reaching out for support here.

The link of the shared drive itself is private (i.e. won't open when logged out of an account that's in the shared drive), but I've made all the folders and files inside of it public and availiable for people outside the shared drive (they can be opened and downloaded through a private session)

I'll list everything I've tried so far:
  • Private files, account download (linkgrabber doesn't even fetch all files this way)
  • Public files, account download (linkgrabber also doesn't fetch all files)
  • Public files, account logged in + API key connected + API download mode set to "use website if account is available" (linkgrabber fetches all files, I get the error on some)
  • Public files, API key, no account + API download mode set to "API only" (linkgrabber fetches all files, I get the error on some)
My account does not have quota limits (it's a university account)
I've also tried to delete the failed links and add them again, but it didn't work

My settings are as follows:

OS: Windows 10 64bit
Firewall Active (Windows native firewall)
Antivirus: BitDefender
JDownloader build date: Jan 16th, 2024 (idk how to see the version, but it tells me it's the latest)
Java: Temurin 1.8.0_322(32bit/x86) (I've also tried with Azul systems 17.0.2 (64bit/x86))
No proxies, ISP: Claro (Brazil)

I've also enabled the debug options "Perform extended account check" and "Force validate login on every linkcheck/download attempt", since I was having the "Insufficient permission: private file" issue and have seen psp talking about these options as a possible solution to that. I am still having this issue when downloading some files as well

(please forgive me if this is not sufficient, I've tried to reduce it to just the sessions that the problem was present / please ignore the failed downloads because some files already existed)

I can provide more links if necessary. Thank you!
