[See Bugtracker] incorrect download order

sometimes (not always) the files in my download list are downloaded in an incorrect order, for example there could be 10 links in the list and the last one starts to download instead the first one

12.10.16 12.11.49 <--> 12.10.16 12.11.44 jdlog://4973681887641/

I noticed it in case of uploaded net links

Its not the pic, thats fine, I just had no time to answer yet I'm currently very busy. Will answer later

The issue is caused that many links have cooldowns and while looping through list and then cooldown ends. I will address this issue soon

It's interesting this never happens with rapidgator or hitfile, but uploaded.net is doing it almost always. Also, I don't remember ever noticing it before 2016
