I have an unlimited account, but from today every hour occurs the following message: "You have reached the download session limit"

If I shut down jd or if I refresh the account in the jd account settings I return to download @ full bandwidth.

If I download from the browser I have no problem.

What does it depend on?

JD dosen't generate a log for this error.

Please, remove your account from the account manager, re-add your account several times then create the log.

Also other people with jd2 and the same account and host have this problem after the last updates

The plugin hasn't been updated. Provide the required information (see post #16), or wait until other user reports the same problem that you have and provide such information.

Yesterday I sent all the info to pspzockerscene via pm.
Today , @ 7.50 pm a new update was available, and I hoped it contains the fix to this problem.

I'd like to know the nature of the problem, and if it is due to a DDLstorage malfunctioning or a jd issue.

At this moment I have to restart JD, approximately every hours (or less) .I'm wasting my premium account becouse I can't be all time on the computer, and when this error occurs the downloads don't restart automatically.

My suggestion to you: Use less chunks and simultan downloads - then the error shouldn't happen (that often) anymore.

So, If my understanding is correct, the last update didn't contain the fix to this problem....

Actually I already use max 4/6 simultan downloads and 10 chunks.

I used JD2 many times with many hosts, and this is the first time I observe this issue.

If this problem will return, shall I report a new log?

In your opinion, how long will jiaz fix this problem?

If this problem returns I'm afraid, but I have to change downloader unless the problem will be fix.

1. 10 chunks is way too much, 2-4 should also do the job!
2. No, a fix is not yet available.

I have to change downloader now becouse the error occurs again.
I temporarily think to use downthemall on firefox browser.

3. I told you which kind of problem this is and that I cnnot fix it which is why someone else has to do it so it needs more time.

Hi all and happy new year,
I used jdownloader 1/2 for a long time and i have to thank you for All, really you are good boys!

I'm writing here because i have a problem with jdownloader 2 and DDLstorage, it continually stop to download files and it say "you have reached the download bandwith" or something like that. it happens randomly but it doesn't work for more than 20 mins most of the times... when it happen i have to click on 'stop' and than start the downloads again.
I thought it was only a my problem but in the forum/community where i stay there are others guys with the same problem.

I've a strange problem with JD2 (Mac) and all links from ddlstorage.com.

In facts, I cannot paste any link (it seems the application is not finding any link, but with JD1 or other apps it works like a charm).

Any suggestion for me?
