I copy only all the words regex and not the whole?

When you want to find the same text (profile000.jpeg)
This shows me the ENTIRE sentence

I would try a texteditor that allows replace and replace
profilge... with http : // ..rest of url
and a space at the end, jpeg_ (_ = space)
then you can easily use JD to grab the files from modified text
