We do need move to top/bottom buttons ASAP. Otherwise I have to spend a lot of time moving files around. The priority feature isn't enough. I need more control over the download list.

Organizing files is a big headache. My advice for the developers .. just keep everything similar to Jd and just add more features , don't miss around with the dam software.

@Mimikri

Can you guys make the copy link back in the main context menu? Its annoying to have to go into 2 seperate menus just to get the link. Like right under open in browser would be fine.

lol ... in fact it did, I ignore ... I worry just a bit, when I gave him the option to click to switch between tabs and told me: "In order for this change to take effect, you must restart JD" ... and I O_O°!... if nothing changes! ... even put or remove password asking me ... but nothing happened...

hello, now that you install the latest version of java, update the JD2, note a feature that had not seen, to bring the mouse to the progress of each download shows ... as they call it? ... balloon, cloud, tag information? ... where is the download progress as packets, some with cuts or continuous bars according to download, as it looks like me ... But after I change the order of my downloads do not appear again and the option to display status is active ... but does not appear when one wants to do it, but that approach or I place the mouse over the column which you want to display information, it does not ...
I also liked the detail of the robot with the box to go to the options of the plugins or when it appears to begin charging the download list after an update of the program ...
Keep it up, I recommend the program whenever I can ...

Why isn't there a "clear all finished links" button yet. How do you do without it ? Delete them 1 by 1 ? And I'm not talking about deleting a link that isn't finished by mistake.. Even firefox download manager has a clear button ..

Tooltips's waiting time is looooooong.

Youtube plugin could have an ordered list of prefered type, (like in DownloadHelper), ie
1 720 MP4
(else)
2 480 MP4
(else)
3 FLV
(else)
4 1080 MP4
...

Default PLEASE give us these two features back from JD1

These were heavily-used features of JD1 but remain MIA here:

1) Option to automatically create destination folder as soon as links are added to the download list. Extremely useful when queuing up many downloads (which is the point of JD...).

2) In LinkGrabber, give us back "keep only this host". This is extremely useful when collecting a series via multiple multi-upload posts.

Not having these two features leads to many human errors and time lost.

Thanks,

Arbie

@Arbie
1.Will come back.
2.You can select hosts much easier on the right side in the linkgrabber.

"- Hear your favourite" sollte eigentlich "- Listen to your" sein.

I gave JD2 a try and there are some small but very annoying "bugs" compare to JD0.9

- There is no remove finished downloads button anymore.
- Force start doesn't exist. Start download doesn't work.
- No autocreate folder on package add. (This is the most annoying missing feature)
- No info in the package how many files are currently downloading

Are there any plans to bring back this functionality? If not, I will stick with 0.9 as long as possible.

I had to get used to many things in JD2. They are not better but different. My workflow is much slower with JD2 but it's ok.

@thechosen
