@thedarkmark:
I can not reproduce this. What browsers are you using exactally? Have you tried clearing the cache?
Is there some information on the console (Press F12 in Chrome), when the page hangs?

No problem. We love exhaustive and honest feedback =)

On to-do list already.

In some cases the Link Collector does some painful package creation. For instance when downloading full season of a tv-series (like Animes) it might group them into single packages per episode. But usually you want all episodes in one package and download folder. The only workaround is to select each single package, open the context menu and change the name. The JD2 UI has some nice feature where you can merge multiple packages into a new one. I'd like to see this feature in MyJD too.
On to-do list already.

This way the JDownloader can push new data to the Browser when required. There are a lot of benefits using WebSockets like less latency, less data overhead and less cpu usage. I encountered several performance problems on my NAS wen using the auto-refresh feature.
We currently have an "old school" long polling event system, handling updates coming from JD. We haven't yet finished the part handling Download State updates. I hope all the refresh buttons will be gone some time in the future

I think the last update brought some improvements according to the download/package selection. It was quite buggy when selecting ranges (holding shift). But still the range selection is a bit buggy. I created a small jsfiddle for you which implements the same selection behavior like in Windows Explorer. Maybe you want to use this **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
Are you using Adblock under Chrome? There is currently a bug, that prevents the selection style of the rows getting displayed correctly. Normally basic windows CTRL/SHIFT selection should work.

Default Internationaled UI defaults to German

Whenever I login to my.jdownloader.com it defaults to German now. I have to click on English each and every time which is quite annoying. There should be some setting in our account that allows you to set your language so that it's persistent.

edit: lustig, jetzt geht er. Scheinbar wird manchmal nicht auf den Linkgrabber umgeschaltet, wenn Links decryptet.

So far I love My.Jdownloader, very nicely made interface, enough options, and not to crowded! Good work!

I've let Appwork know, earliest it can be addressed is Monday. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Not sure is it right thread to post or not.

I can't properly login into my.jdownloader with JDownloader2 (Win7).

When i press "Connect" button i get this
Picture1.PNG
my.jdownloader says no jdownloader clients are connected.

After few minutes this windows appears
Picture2.PNG

and when i press "Ok" i'm automatically become logged out
Picture3.PNG

I have the latest update of jdowloader. I tried to delete and recreate my.jdownloader account, it didn't work.

Please help.

I've just tried another email address and nothing changed, but it seems i've found the problem. I use Agnitum Outpost firewall. If i switch it off, then i can properly log-in and after that, no matter is the firewall switched on or not, i can manage downloads from my.jdownloader.com.
I haven't found why is happens. Even if i set "to allow any network connection" in the firewall for jdownloader, it still doesn't work. Only to stop and close the forewall works.

If there is FAQ, maybe this should be posted there.

Anyway, the problem is solved. Thank you!

I haven't signed up for myJDownloader, yet every time I start JD, it pops up an error "could not connect to the My JDownloader service".

How do I opt out of this?

In the setting I have no account info, correctly, but I see a red error message, as screencap.

"Advanced settings", which is all settings, not just those with a gui.

Type "myj" into the filter line to see those related to "myjdownloader".

1. Enable the tab "settings" if is disabled (Main menu: Settings > Settings)
2. In the tab settings look for the "advanced settings"
3. In the field search the advanced setting MyJDownloaderSettings: Auto Connect Enabled V2 then disable it.
