Default [NOT a JD bug] Low download speeds with k2s premium account

Hello,
Since couple of days I'm facing download speed drops after reaching around 80% of file downloads. Most of the downloads speeds are 8-10 MiB/s but then dropping to KiB/s

Filespace premium seems to not be touched by this issue.

I have no issues with internet connection during this slowdowns (working even faster than provider promisses)

Not related to JDownloader, it's a k2s issue both with premium and free downloads. Having the same problem and confirmed by k2s support. The only thing you can do is to also write a support ticket to k2s and wait for them to fix it.

Caused by chunks with high connection speed (MiB/s) finishing faster than the ones with lower connection speed (KiB/s), as is evident from your screenshot.

While this maybe due to server side changes, you can try a few workarounds to solve it at your end.
  • Stop/resume the 'slow' download, either manually or automatically using a script.
  • Try lowering the chunks. Use 1 chunk per download and set global connections to 20.
