Happy New Year!
OS: XP+SP3
Jd: -last09- version 0.9.581

I'm working with Max.Con.=1, Max.Dls=4
Everything worked fine for years.
Trying to download from a server as a premium.
One part is downloading, the other three have download written under status but nothing is done.
What should I do?
Reinstall? Go back to 0.9.580?
thanks

forgot to mention:
Java: 1.6.0_30 b12
thanks

I don't see any links. Links should start with "**External links are only visible to Support Staff** or "ftp://".

I left the pc for a couple of hours, and when I came back all downloads were finished.
But it does it in a 1 by 1 fashion. I tried few links of filesonic (with which I'm still valid Premium) and it re-occurred, so it is not a problem of specific links.
I guess I'll have to wait for un update of Jd or Java.
Thanks

a reminder:
OS: XP+SP3 (32)
Jd: -last09- version 0.9.581
Java: 1.6.0_30 b12

Thanks again
Happy New Year!

Did you already perform the following actions? :-

1) Test your account in your browser and try to download with it. If your password contains special characters, please change it.

2) Enable the option "Enable Premium globally" in the Premium menu. Also enable the account.

3) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

4) Remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again.

1) Tested my account with a browser (and I'm still a Premium), but didn't try simultaneous download. Will try. My pw contains only a-z0-9.
2) of course Premium is enabled both globally and for filesonic.
3) java & javaw are excluded in my anti-virus as well as Jd and I don't have a firewall.
4) is it safe to do that?

4) Yes, why wouldn't it be safe? Maybe jD's database is corrupt.

removed filesonic and added it again.
this improved a bit the situation: now a get 2 simultaneous downloads and the third has download status but does not show any progress. Maybe it is a problem in Jd's display?
Here's a link of 3 parts as an example:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
thanks again
(I still suspect that Jd cannot work with my last version of java)

I'm working with kaspersky av for 3 years and javaw.exe is excluded. I never had this problem in the past 3 years minus last 2 weeks.
I still didn't get an answer to this: is my java version works with my Jd version?
thanks again

PS
today I added 3 different links (not rar parts) and they all worked simultaneously.
I'd like to see multi-part link work simultaneously on 4 parts, as I have Max. Dls=4
thanks

it has nothing to do with multipart or not
you did not say anything about hoster
and did not respond to my questions
how about a screenshot?

This should be possible when you increase "Maximum of simultaneous downloads per host" in Settings -> Basics -> Download & Connections -> Download Control.

I have unlimited (i.e. 0) max. of simultaneous downloads in the settings, and Max. Dls. = 4 in the bottom-right corner of the Jd download screen.
uploaded a screenshot as an attachment.
Thanks

solution?
replaced my antivirus (from kaspersky to norton)
next multi-part I found from filesonic contained 4 parts, all riding simultaneously.
(Personally I don't believe this was the reason, but my 1 year subscription with Kaspersky is going to end this month).
many thanks for everyone trying to help.
What is meant by "user feedback required"?
