[User feedback required] Android app needs an update

Hi. As you would know, Android app hasn't been updated for ages. There are bugs and server are responding too slow. I am using remote server, and believe me, using the desktop app via VNC is much convenient than the Android app.

Here some issues:
- Refreshing takes a lot of time to complete
- Many times the refresh would stuck forever and needs a restart
- Adding links popup sometimes loading indefinitely and save location doesn't appear

Is there any future plan for Android apps? I wouldn't mind even if it is paid, because I need a stability.

I am sorry, but why would I need to contact support? Is it because it is just me who having this issue? Sorry, but I need to understand the purpose as I have no idea what to write in the email. Hope you don't mind answering.

Because the ones working on the app aren't around in our forum at this moment.

Your issues can be caused by the app, connection or JD itself thus please contact us via E-Mail for further investigation.
