Default FileJoker New Captcha Type geetest.com

It seems that FileJoker has once again changed how they handle captchas, which is causing JDownloader to fail to process them correctly. When I use the site directly through the browser, it's now generally showing GeeTest captchas instead of hCaptcha, but when JDownloader tries to initialize the download and pops up the browser captcha via the extension, it instead prompts a reCaptcha, which, when solved, doesn't start the download. Instead, it simply requests another captcha infinitely.

Is it possible they're putting a reCaptcha in the background for some other function that JDownloader is picking up on instead of the foreground GeeTest captcha?

EDIT: Just saw I posted this in the wrong category. Can a mod move this thread to the correct category or delete it and I'll re-post it in the right place?

Filejoker switched to unsupported Geetest and captcha detection false detects the captcha as recaptcha

On a related note, it's probably worth issuing an update to disable the FileJoker recaptcha queries manually in JD2, so that users with paid captcha services don't burn through all their credits having it solve the irrelevant reCaptchas in the background. I caught the issue pretty quickly when I saw more credits than usual used in a short period of time, but someone that doesn't monitor closely might just go through their full allotment of credits trying to start a single download.

@Twizted: I've added basic geetest detection to avoid this

It's unfortunate that FileJoker seems dead set against blocking any sort of download clients for non-premium members. I don't think it's coincidental that just days after hCaptcha support was finally patched into JD2, they swapped to another unsupported captcha model, although it could just be horrible luck.

EDIT: Seems to be back to the working captchas again for now, so maybe it was just some random tool testing on FJ's end, or maybe GeeTest was causing other problems and they decided to temporarily roll back.

I have some strange behaviour with Filejoker and captcha's.

On one PC the MyJDownloader updated today to version 3.3.10 and I get the error message and therefore the captchas won't work.
On another PC the last update to MyJDownloader was on June 24th and strangely enough the version is shown as 3.3.20 and there the captchas are working for Filejoker.

Is there any way to get the version 3.3.20 on my first PC to test it there?

@Twizted: Thanks for the update. Yes, maybe they tested Geetest and either by user feedback or other reasons, they switched by to supported/working one

@viewer-x:
check firewall/av as they may block the auto update of the extension.
you can also download/install directly 3.3.20, see
https://extensions.jdownloader.org/f...-3.3.20-fx.xpi
from https://extensions.jdownloader.org/firefox.json

Hi @ all.

If anyone from the staff want to review the issue with a new log:

@truelife: You are using 9kw. HCaptcha 9kw is untested/not working because I could not find any documentation about how to add HCaptcha support for 9kw. Still waiting for developer feedback from 9kw
Log only shows timeout (not answered) captchas

Hello,

thanks for your message.

Yes, in the near future. JDownloader support has already contacted the 9kw.eu support for the solution. It's in progress and I think it's done in a few days. Please try it next week and usually then it works.

Since today is hcaptcha thinkable with JD2 and 9kw. Captcha feedback is "OK" in most cases in our system with hcaptcha and JD2 since this night.

filejoker has switched to hcaptcha again so I've closed our "geetest.com" ticket as filejoker (temporarily) has been the only one using this kind of captcha.
