Hello,
first of all thank you for this wonderfull program that i use now more than 10 years! Keep up the good work. Now to my problem at hand. Since a few months my jdownloader2 behaves weird. I want to download something, so I start jdownloader, now I copy my links, which should transfer to the linkgrabber and here the problem starts. The popup will come and stuck at status: checking online, this might work after a few minutes, but most of the time it wont. It also doesn't matter which host it is (Rapidgater, Click'n'load, real-debrid etc). ![]() So i tried a reinstall (with and without config). I even scrubbed every peace of the jd2 before reinstalling. Still the same problem. Even more, once this sets in, it isn't just the linkgrabber. I tried to add my accounts, and had the same problem. For example real-debrid: After putting in my credentials, it took a few minutes for the browser popup to show where i could confirm that i want to add this device, and another few minutes after i confirmed to get the feedback from the jd2. Same with other hosts eg. Mega. Jdownloader2 information: jd2 current build Nov 26. Java Temurin - OpenJDK Runtime Environment - 1.8.0_322 Logs from after reinstall with the weird behavior (normal logs, if emergency ones are need i will update): 26.11.22 16.01.56 <--> 26.11.22 15.29.28 jdlog://0541311370661/ System: Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2251 Firewall: Basic not configured Windows Firewall AV: Malwarebytes Used Browser: Firefox and chrome - current build Anybody an idea that would do the trick? |

@Teradi: change Settings->Advanced Settings->InternetConnectionSettings.preferredipversion to IPV4_IPV6 and restart JDownloader
Issue is caused by non working IPv6 connectivity. JDownloader first tries IPV6 because your OS signals valid IPv6 connection and fails with connection timeout Quote:
