Sounds like you've miss configured Settings-Connections and JDownloader no longer can make network connections. Check Settings-Connections and check white/blacklisting. The filter must be blacklisting!

ok
Hello Jiaz, now without doing anything, everything has been solved. I have not understood your instructions well in case it happens again. can you detail what to do and where to look at the white or black list
Thank you |

In Settings-Connections, there is a filter column, make sure it's set on blacklist mode and empty because whitelist mode empty would mean no allowed connection.
But as it works fine again, there is nothing for you to check/to do

black and whitelist
Hi Jiaz, the same thing appears on my black and white lists, would I have to erase everything? or only the blacklist?
It seems appears "0" filters and 0 problems Thank you blacklist, appears: # this is a comment // this is also a comment # comment out for jdownloader.org #jdownloader.org # comment out below for all accounts with ID 'test*' @ jdownloader.org #test@jdownloader.org # comment out below for account with ID 'test' @ jdownloader.org #test$@jdownloader.org # you can use pattern for account ID and host, eg accountPattern@hostPattern whitelist, appears: # this is a comment // this is also a comment # comment out for jdownloader.org #jdownloader.org # comment out below for all accounts with ID 'test*' @ jdownloader.org #test@jdownloader.org # comment out below for account with ID 'test' @ jdownloader.org #test$@jdownloader.org # you can use pattern for account ID and host, eg accountPattern@hostPattern Last edited by tgoku; 14.05.2019 at 20:00. |

No need to change white/blacklist as those are looking good. very likely just temp. issue caused by firewall/av/system or something else.
