al iniciar Jdowloader 2 me da el siguiente error :

intente el hilo de programarlo con el comando en DOS javaw -Xmx1024m -jar JDownloader.jar y tambien modificando los archivos Downloader2.vmoptions
JDownloader2Update.vmoptions , a tal fin , anda un rato y despues se tilda

Cual es la solucion para este tema ?

Please check permission/Firewall/AV. You can try to enforce update by deleting the file Core.jar and the folders update and tmp and start JDownloader again.
In doubt, I would recommend to install JDownloader fresh, http://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
and copy over the complete cfg folder from your old installation and replace new one
