Default JDownloading Maxing Network and Locking Up

I have suddenly been running into the same issue when attempting a large download (from Premiumize ZIP). It seems that JDownloader is locked up, but somehow, it is using the whole of the network bandwidth. I have even tried ending it from Task Manager (I am using Windows 10), but it won't end. Last time, I had to reboot the PC. Any thoughts?

EDIT: One bit of clarification. I said it's maxing out the bandwidth, but that is not technically the case. It is using almost all of it most of the time, but the transfer rate does change up and down. It's not always going the very maximum of the network.

Sorry I don'T really understand this one so I'll just assume the following:

Whenever you're downloading (especially from zippyshare premiumize), you're barely able to browse the web with the same computer and maybe even other devices in your network?
Do you own a fritzbox as a router?

If so: This is a common problem with this hardware.
Tryto change the DNS server on your computer (do not use your router as DNS, use e.g. google DNS [8.8.8.8]) and check if this fixes your problem.
Also update the firmware of your Fritzbox.

The links are not from ZippyShare, and I'm not using a Fritzbox router. Somehow, it *seems* that perhaps this is related to what's also going on elsewhere on the same network. I say that only because I haven't run into the problem again since I made one change in my behavior. During the download, I have also been unzipping files. This works fine EXCEPT when I select a bunch of files at one time, and select to unzip them. It seems odd because I believe that process goes through them in sequence. So, it should be the same as I am doing otherwise (still unzipping, but just doing them in smaller batches). Anyway, like I said, I haven't had it happen again since I made this tweak. Somehow, I guess JDownloader goes haywire in the previous process. I don't think it is properly downloading at the speed it shows in Task Manager. But, it's basically locked up at that stage.

Sorry I ment premiumize.
I've corrected my post accordingly.

If you find a way to reproduce this issue please let us know.
Thanks for your feedback I'm glad it's working now
