Default cannot download with RS premium acc
Hi everyone and JD team,
I have been using JD for weeks and I like it very much.
There are lots of features that make JD out-standing.
I used JD to download RS files and i purchase a premium acc for faster download. Until yesterday, there was no problem, but today, when I open JD and start downloading, nothing is downloaded.
I try downloading a link in IDM, it works.
I dont know what happened to JD?
Please fix it asap because I only purchase rs acc in 1 month, i dont wanna use IDM bc it is not free.

Same problem here, as of today my premium account is coming up as invalid account, although I can download from this account elswhere.:outch:

Why am I banned? What is API ban?
and that mean I cannot use JD to download more?
And I have to use another program?

i need a logfile to say more
api ban can be
1.) you did too much api traffic (too many logins with wrong password or username, too many linkchecks in short time)
or (worse)
2.) your isp began to block the api (we know of several other ISP that already do this)

so i need a logfile and if possible a wireshark dump (use boardsearch how to create one)

I dont know what API mean. please explain.
I cannot download rs file by JD but IDM can do it, so I think this is JD's problem. I also added my premium account in the [Premium] section of JD.
This morning when i check the status of my rs acc in [Premium] section, it was disabled. Then I enabled it, the status of the acc changed from No traffic left -> Unlimited -> Invalid Account and disabled.

this morning, JD run as if there was no problem.
I dont know was there any updates installed.
