ubiqfile Capture Abfrage trotz Premium account

Hallo,

ich bekomme trotz Premium Account bei ubiqfile die Capture Abfrage. Über die Website kann ich wie gewohnt downloaden mittels meines Premium Accounts.
Ich wäre für Hilfe sehr dankbar.
