@ Jiaz,

FYI,

I have a Free User account on Fileserve that was rejected within JD today. The login works fine in FireFox.

Default More Information is Necessary

This error message has no meaning to me. Without seeing more of the log and knowing the link you are trying to download, I cannot guess what this means. It could well mean that the program on the server crashed (landing error).

Without knowing what the error is, JDownloader assumes that retrying will make things worse. You have to manually resume/enable the link.

Please read the Hoster-Plugins rules and supply the requested information.

Please exit JDownloader and restart your computer. Because this is such a strange error, please start JDownloader with windows_createlog.bat (from the JDownloader directory.

Please post at least three links that work in a browser, but not in JDownloader. Please upload a log showing JDownloader using these links.

It reminded me of the Normandy landings, but those didn't fail or did they?

Default "Unknown landing error, please contact our support!"

well i'd love to give you the link (i was only asked to produce the log, and i did that), but...
the link is from a DLC, and jdownloader (in it's wisdom) only shows "**************" as the link.
can you tell me where the "show proper link" option is please?
thanks

Exclamation Premium Fileserve Invalid Issue.

Hello,
Just as the title describes it, I am having an issue where it's telling me my premium fileserve account is invalid, and I refresh it then it says it's unlimited and quickly turns back to invalid account. Been having this problem for a few days now. I've tried reinstalling and updating JD, and nothing has helped.

I've searched the forums for similar problems and found out this has been a problem in the past, but that was solved.

It really sucks because I have containers of downloads that I can't download because it's only for JD. It's copy url protected, so I can't even download it from my browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

DLCs are designed to encrypt links and protect them from prying eyes. Since the JDownloader team designed the DLCs, their contents are also protected by JDownloader.

For now, we will have to work with just the log. If we need more, we will get Jiaz to help. If you have not recorded a log yet, please use the instructions in Posting an Emergency Log (instead of windows_createlog.bat). That provides full information for the developers.

For some days now I can't connect to my premium account. I get the error "ServerError, will retry later". The login works on the FS website. Free downloads with captcha works as well.

Help.

not sure what i did, probably retyped the password in settings, or reloaded jdownloader, but the auto-uncheck problem stops =)

@ronmoho

Your jD directory is D:\Program Files\JDownloader and you're using Vista. Please, move jD to a folder like c:\progs\jdownloader and check whether all protections are removed, also on the sub-folders.

@Bahamut & ronmoho

Did you already remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again?

If your password contains special characters, please change it.

@Bahamut

What about some example links and a complete and detailed log?

Also try your e-mail address (that is known to FSe) as the login.

I've tried that at least 4 times now, my pass does not contain special characters. It use to work a week ago, and I can login to the site.

I did the first thing, didn't work. But as you advised I removed the special characters from the password. That did the trick! Now it works again.

Thanks a lot, remi!

Just a note on landing errors over the past couple of days. I never had them before and had 4 in the past 3 days. I have 2 machines going and when I try on the machine without jD on it, I still get them.

So, rare as they are, mine seem to be a fileserve error, rather than a jDownloader problem!!

Keep up the good work guys

Hello,

I did not want to make a new thread, but I hope I get some help? I am new to JDownloader, but have had great success using it with Rapidshare.com. I bought a premium account for Fileserve.com today, loaded it into the account settings, and restarted, then attempted to download a few files.

problem I get is that when I add more than one download to the list, the others get stopped with the error 'unexpected rangerheader format:null'.

I tried using FlashGet, and it works ok with my account settings (very slow though no more than 150kbs), but I would rather use JDownloader.
