I'm wondering if they just keep changing things all time, since this specific host rarely works fine for a "substantial" period of time.

No they are not.
This was just a regression of my recent refactoring and it only affected direct-downloadable free downloadlinks.

If your bugreport is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.

Bitte poste deine Log-ID hier.
Falls dein gemeldetes Problem ein Problem mit einer Webseite ist, die per Plugin unterstützt wird, stelle bitte zusätzlich Testlinks zur Verfügung, mit denen sich dein Problem nachstellen lässt.

Looks like the session token of your active mediafire.com account has expired but for some reason JD did not recognize this.

Refresh your mediafire.com account or deactivate/delete it from JD then you should be able to add that mediafire.com folder.
If it still doesn't work:
I've found another bug in the mediafire.com folder-crawler which will be fixed via the next CORE-update.

In the meanwhile you can collect all single-file URLs manually and add those manually to JD.

Default Mediafire still no go for me
A lot of JD updates, and several removals of my Mediafire account and putting it back have done nothing. Plug in outdated... :(

What do you need from me to get this sorted out?
