Not sure what the issue is here, I have a pro account and double-checked my usage, and should be good.

I have max chunks/max simultaneous at 1/1. Check reserved traffic. Have Set preferred limit mode to Global: Wait or get new IP.

The only thing I could think is maybe it's the files themselves? But then I checked and was able to download them fine manually.

Any suggestions?

Most likely they failed in premium mode for some reason and then JD tried to download them without account.

Create an account usage rule and disable free download, then try again - it will either work or you will get another errormessage.
