Varying access to grab media from pages like Instagram
Hi folks,
I have jD2 running on two machines, office computer(windows 7) and Laptop(windows 10). While the office machine can detect jpg files through Instagram URLs, the laptop is not able to find anything, importing the very same list of links as a .dlc file exported from the office PC doesn't help either. 18.07.19 14.11.27 <--> 18.07.19 14.36.31 jdlog://5732186935451/ this is the log file from the Laptop, while scanning for content. 18.07.19 11.46.39 <--> 18.07.19 15.12.33 jdlog://5832186935451/ This is the office PC while starting downloads on the very same links. Both versions of jD2 are updated and unmodified. What makes me further curious is: I work in China and have to use VPNs for Internet access. My office machine has a company VPN and can access the links, but not start any download(common issue, the chinese party is pretty mimimi right now on social media), WHILE my private laptop (Lantern VPN) can access Instagram without a problem and I am able to manually access the jpg files by copying the links out of the pages source code. Is there a way to reset/update the Instagram module indepentendley or can I somehow export settings from one jD2 into another version? Hope you can help me&thanks for your incredible work Matze |

The log from laptop is clean, make sure to enable debug mode in advanced settings and upload new log of the problem.

You're right, debugging was not enabled. Here's a new one, 30 sec. Into crawling a list of random Instagram image URLs (not finding anything):

Connection problem.
-> Exception thrown at jd.http.Browser.openRequestConnection(Browser.java:1733): java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out Maybe you can check your antivirus / firewall.

Gave it full access in windows defender, still no change
