Gracias.

I'm unable to reproduce these issues here.
Please navigate to Help -> About JDownloader and post a screenshot of that here.

Here you are.

**External links are only visible to Support Staff**...

For example, if you are in the Options window:

**External links are only visible to Support Staff**...

And swap to the link grabber one:

**External links are only visible to Support Staff**...

The LG window shows the former one mixed with it (currently there is no link, and only appears 'name').

When I wrote in June, the problem disappeared unexpectedly. In today's case the trigger seemingly was a link from YouTube. As a consequence, I can download the links that are already in the main window, but I can harly add any new one.

Thanks in advance.

Please re-post all links/screenshot.
There is a rare forum bug which sometimes makes links disappear even for us.
Alternatively put all the links in a .txt document and attach that to your next forum post.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Links in the attachment.

Nevertheless, yesterday the problem was solved when the list of links in the capture window was longer than the list of links in the download window. Sounds strange but that was my perception.

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Fallo en la ventana del capturador de enlaces

I think I sent the log, just following the steps in the page you mentioned.

More observations on the behaviour once the problem happens: when I succeed to send the links from the grabber to the downloader window the problems also passes to that window. It might be caused by some specific links. For example, today it happened with a link from **External links are only visible to Support Staff**.... Could it be a problem with the cyrillic characters in the name of the file?

TIA.

Hello.

Just to add more information, I don't think the problem is in the use of cyrillic characters, but special characters like ★.

As far as I'm concerned, the problem is "solved", in the sense that I'll try to avoid those characters in the names of the files. If you think it is not a problem that JDownloader should deal with, you can close the topic.

TIA.

I'm sorry but:
1. The link of your post #7 is lost due to the mentioned rare forum bug.
Please re-post that one or put them into a .txt document and attach them to your next post.

2. We haven't answered until now as there was a weekend between my last answer and this one.
We do not provide support during the weekends.

Such chars shouldn't be a problem for JD...
