JD2 automatically adds a YouTube link to the link catcher every time it is opened. I delete that link every time, but it is added again the next time. I never tried to download that link before. I downloaded it once thinking it would be deleted, but it continued to be added.

Geht es um einen nicht funktionierenden Account-Login, aktiviere vor dem Erstellen deines Logs den debug Modus (siehe zuvor verlinkte Anleitung).

@ergoren: Log shows that those links are getting added via clipboard monitoring. So either those links are still in clipboard when you start JDownloader or something (a tool or script) does put those links into clipboard.
You should be able to verify this by disabling clipboard monitoring in toolbar button with checkbox.
