Default Rapidgator.net premium throttled

Seen youtube downloads were slow. But in the last few days everything seems to have come to a crawl. Streaminf sites , premium rapidgator where I get anywhere between 300 - 700 KB/s, My usual is about 20 times that speed.

Ran speed tests on my computers and phones wifi and wired and connection is fast. Downloaded something via chrome in RG premium and its fast a normal.

In JD drop pack even on free mode was was faster , any link I add seems throttled. But Rapidgator is my main one and it's just bad.

If I stop the downloads then start again the speed is normal and slowly goes back down to the low speed.

Ok it shows as on system. I changed it and it was fast then crawled back down to slow again. No difference made

I went into setting to change to IPV6_IPV4 as thought that would help as shown in previous post.

I checked to see if I had it and showed this . I don't know what any of it means.
Everything was working fine until a few days ago

I removed my IP address in this 2nd screenshot

@Korben: If you want we can do a teamviewer session and look at this on your setup together. Either it's the known issue, see https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=91338 or something else on your computer. if your browser really is faster and stays fast, then must be something else.
You can contact us via support@jdownloader.org for teamviewer

Nothing has been installed on my system , nothing has been deleted. In fact not even looked at my email or FB etc. Only use it to download stuff and it goes off when it's not downloading. Ran a virus scan and cleaned out the junk and still the same.

That's okay and we accept that. But then you will have to find out the cause by yourself.

Ah ok. I emailed RG and they the last it showed me as downloading was Aug 16th yet I was downloading via premium as I got that email and had been for 48 hours on a couple of things.

Maybe its logging in to my premium via JD then giving me free user speeds for some reason ?

@Korben: does JDownloader show you correct accounts status with expire date and premium traffic left? does the speed graph show a red line?

It shows me as premium. I logged out then back in to make sure.
Shows as account active for 2 more months and 75% roughly left of the download space of 6TB

Downloads are green line in speed graphic.

@Korben: and you have compared same file in browser and JDownloader? can for browser speed test used taskmanager -> network graph/tab to check the actual/real speed?
Have you checked firewall/av tools?

I did speed test via chrome and downloaded a file and it stayed at the fast speed and was ok. Via task manager I dont know how to do it. I looked at task manager and cant see where I would look at speed and tried to follow above instructions

Task Manager (Windows):
Switch to tab "Performance" and select your "Ethernet" interface.

Via Chrome it was around 57.8 Mbps and hovered around there

Via JD it dropped to 4.3 - 5Mbps

I even ran a longer broadband speed test to rule out if my connection was dropping.

I ran a 10 minute test that restarted every 6 seconds and the speed was fine.
Then ran one consistently for a few minutes. Was going for another 10 but the speed wasn't dropping as was stable.

So it rules out my connection is bad

@Korben: speed test is testing against Server X but not against Rapidgator.
On your screenshot, what makes me wonder is that the browser download, the speed graph isn't high contant (like shown in 2nd one). graph max is at 11 while current is reported at 57 ?

I tried with firewall and anti virus off.

speeds are dropped quickly after a minute or so of normal speeds in both Jdownloader and browser too now.

I contacted Rapidgator again as they had assured me no issues. Trying to contact my ISP BT to see if there is an issue there too as they said no when I did service status checker

Thanks for the feedback!
Most likely the known issue with overloaded routes. You should be able to "workaround" this by using a proxy/vpn to "change" the used route. It's no issue, just overloaded/too small interconnection routing points between different networks.
