Default Undefined Characters on Domain Joined Desktop PC

Hi,
There's a problem in my JDownloader which shows undefined characters. I've attached an image of it.
My PC is a domain joined Windows 10 x64.
How can I resolve the issue?
Thanks

what translation language are you using?

it could be corrupt windows font cache

It's corrupted font cache. Use search engine of your choice and search for "clear windows font cache" to howto.

No translation language is used. It's just a newly installed jdownloader 2 with the default settings in Win10 x64.

I've done clearing the font cache manually and also using tools like ccleaner + ccenhancer, but the problem still persists.
So definitely it's not a font cache problem and my problem is not resolved.
