I have a problem with my account and I cannot read uploaded logs today.

It is possible that some other program is interfering with your data from filefactory. Usually this is the antivirus. Sometimes it will remove data, because it thinks that it is infected with a virus. You might have to restart your computer.

Please read at least the top of General Discussion -> Self Help Index -> Choosing and installing security software. There is a list of programs (free for private use) that can replace your antivirus and firewall. There are detailed instructions further down about how to change these programs.

If you are using Windows 7 without an antivirus it is time to back up your data and reformat your hard drive. You can NEVER run that OS without at least a minimal check on every file you run.

You might be able to fix this with an emergency Virus Repair CD (it comes with the packaged commercial antivirus programs). However, I do not suggest using those programs as your antivirus. Either ESET with the proper adjustments to allow JD to run or the recommended collection.

Read General Discussion -> Self Help Index -> Choosing and installing Security Software.
Also read General Discussion -> Self Help Index -> Required Patches for Windows 7 and Vista.

@ferdil
How many connections per file do you use ?
Please set the max.com to 1, stop all downloads, reset all failed filefectory downloads (rightclick->reset) and try again.
