[User feedback required] sundryfiles.com premium account ignore in download

I have a premium account in sundryfiles.com and its set up in jdownloader, but it keeps downloading files as a free account....

Hi mate, how did you get sundryfiles premium in jdownloader?

Hi robert,

the sundryfiles.com website currently returns error 404 for me.
Please note that whern the website fails there is no way JDownloader can work

So i seem to have the same problem. I have a premium Sundryfiles account- but Jdownloader keeps downloading files as a free account- Someone did mention that a plugin update for jdownloader solved this issue- However I cant seem to figure it out :(- I'm a noob to jdownloader- any help will be greatly appreciated

Hm possible DNS issues(?)

java.net.UnknownHostException: Could not resolve: -www.sundryfiles.com<->www.sundryfiles.com-

Seems like for you, a redirect from "www." to "without www." doesn't work.
I've removed the "www." by default for this plugin.

So how do i resolve this? Since I have a premium account on sundryfiles- i should be able to get Jdownloader to download through the premium account right? How do i go about this?

Like all other users, you will have to wait for our updates to get released - the linke article will give you all the info you need to know about update times.

You are a premium user of sundryfiles.com but this has nothing todo with our application and does not grant you any special support priority ...

Sorry i did not intend to sound entitled- I understand having a sundry premium account has nothing to do with jdownloader- and was aware of this before posting here.

I only asked the question the way i did- because this thread has 'Solved' in the title- and I thought this issue was already solved.
I'm new to jdownloader and I did not understand your previous response that mentioned

It means that this seemed to be the issue on your side.

Again, please read our update FAQ regarding CORE-Updates.

Also as said, I was not able to reproduce your issue here which means that the update might not fix your issue.
In this case, I'd need a new log-ID after the next update.
