Is there a way to make them look like this

there is a rename function which you can use, allows for wildcards, or more powerful regular expressions. You can mass change based on a component that you'd like to remove, in this case a prefix.
you can this in package customiser rule for all future downloads or right click context for existing downloads within linkgrabber or download tabs.
