Is there a way to skip a zip file if a directory with the same name as the zip file already exists (i.e. if the zip file was already downloaded, unpacked, and cleared from the download list)?

Maybe you can make Packagizer rules capable of accessing the list of existing subdirectories of the download directory as a <jd:...> variable or so?
