Reduce your max connections. I can see downloads from 1Fichier with multiple connections and then connection fails. Set max connection to 1 or 2 and rightclick reset the links.
1Fichier server responds with error: Your requests are too fast... Wait... Log also shows many HideMyAss issues

The plugin does support more connections.
Try to set max connections higher and max downloads to 1 and create new log

Actually, I do. I’ve had the same setup for quite some time. However, in recent times, this plugin and other similar sites (such as filefactory... one download at a time and no captchas) no longer can go set and forget it to run on their own. Now I have to disable them as a group and babysit enabling them to get these to work, which is a) against the notion of jdownloader to begin with and b) not how things were prior to about a month ago (with no changes to my setup)
Can you *PLEASE* fix this? |

@heathen3017: please provide debug logs. Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader.
Once the issue happens, create log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post logID here The filefactory plugin got updated on 25.08 due to recent layout changes on website. Maybe more has changed but there are no known issues for this plugin. Also 1fichier there are no known problems with the plugin. working fine here. so we need logs to check what is happening/failing for you.

Sorry, oversaw the log in your first post. Don't edit existing posts, just post it
how many concurrent downloads have you set in JDownloader? Do you still have this issue? OneFichier answers with *Your requests are too fast... Wait...*... Please reduce max downloads and try again. Also try with max downloads set to 1 Can you provide fresh logs?

Forget my last post....I realize what the deal is, and know exactly why it happened... I'm sorry... I know what I did in my mistake when I posted the first one, and I won't make the same mistake again when I submit my next one.
Sorry about that. |

Maybe you can share your findings with us? So others with same issue know what to look for/how to solve it?

Hi,
same problem here with 1file/1 connection; here is the log: 14.09.18 08.59.25 <--> 14.09.18 09.00.12 jdlog://9223364433151/ I'm a premium user, I suspect JD doesn'tt get it because a pop up tells me I'm a free user and asks if I want to upgrade. Log does not show any sign of account in use but "Your account will be unlock within 1 hour" that means that the IP is blocked for 1 hour and very likely the account as well.
Please wait for 1 hour or do a reconnect/ip change and create a debug log Enable Settings-Advanced Settings-Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader. then rightclick refresh the account in list and create new log It looks like too many/fast downloads will result in temporarily IP block

Hi,
so: can't change IP (I guess it is something ISP related, IP is always the same if I try change) so I waited, than restarted JD, refreshed account (it says premium), than started download (1 file/1 connection): it was ok for a while and than I got the error. Here is the log: 14.09.18 20.40.27 <--> 15.09.18 01.38.28 jdlog://8063364433151/ Thanks for your help. Last edited by jlp343; 15.09.2018 at 01:37. |

The update for me doesn't seem to work.
Right now I have a lot of small files queued up, some are only a few KB actually. But the "Wait x seconds for small files (smaller than 50 mbyte) to prevent IP block" didn't do anything. I set it to the max, 60 seconds, and it still didn't do anything. I watched it try to download files without waiting, and get the same IP block. If we can get this working, and maybe also a way for us to set the small file size (instead of the hard coded 50mb), that would be helpful. Is there a way we can set maximum connections per host, per host? Meaning, I know we can set "Max. sim. Downloads per hoster" but I want to be able to change that per host. So when something like the 1fichier thing comes up, I can set that to 1, but have my other downloads still do like 5 or 10 per host. Thanks. |

There seems to be a bug for *wait x seconds*...can you send me some small files and username/password to support@jdownloader.org
must be some easy to overlook misstake but I can't find without testing.

Hi, the update is live and should be working. JDownloader should show *waiting* for files smaller than 50 mbyte. Default should be about 10 seconds. You can customize in Settings-Plugins-1fichier

Hi,
thanks, you effort is very appreciated. I see the plugin and the waiting option, but it looks like something is still broken... maybe for very little files should I set longer time? I'll try. Meanwhile, here is the log: 08.10.18 19.41.26 <--> 08.10.18 20.25.31 jdlog://4243464433151/ |

Log doesn't show any error. Only that your IP got blocked because of *security reasons*. That happens when you download too fast/too many files....
Did you try to increase time to 60 seconds in plugin settings. default is 10 and you can increase it up to 60 secs.
