Logs are auto removed after x days, see
Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.cleanuplogsolderthanxdays You can disable logs completely by setting Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.maxlogfilesize to 0 What captcha images do you mean? JDownloader does auto delete them after the captcha is solved. In case there are some left overs, most likely they are from very old installation? You can safely delete/clean the captchas folder Currently the archive settings are not auto cleaned, in cfg/archives folder Once that ticket is solved, this folder will be gone too You can clean it yourself but there should be no unfinished/customized archive in list, else the custom settings for that archive will be lost.
