can someone help me my fileserve premium account cannot login at Jdownloader

There seems to be yet another problem with the API. See post #80. jD might have to switch back to the fall-back method, i.e., without using the API.

Only letters, number, hyphens (-), or underscores (_).

well, i need to change my password to only include alphabets and numbers. my id does not work if my password contains '-' or '_' which is bad

i hope fileserve will fix this soon...

I am writing to confirm that with current last updates JD returns to me "invalid account" for a fileserve premium account.
In fact, I have a premium account which is correctly working with other tools.
My password contains allowed characters (letters, numbers, - and _).

In debug mode I get:

Quite a few people are receiving that line also, while others it's working fine. Effectively it's returning free account stats, or what I'm calling null data. I made a post about this yesterday so time, after reviewing their API returns. If you change your password you get error code 110 and incorrect password as the message. Wait until Monday Jiaz said he will contact them then.

i just extended fileserve account anf jdownloader does not enable account, i click on it to enable but jdownloader disables it

remove special chars
use only numbers/normal chars in username/pw
_ and - also cause issues at the moment. this is fileserve api problems we cannot fix. fileserve has to fix those

I changed my premium account password without special chars, but cannot download, it says plugin error (out of date). What can I do?

get a new ip and change pw as i explained

I was getting the error of invalid account or account expired. But I tried to change my password and hit send email verification instead. The password never changed from the old one, but once I clicked the link in the email everything seemed to work fine.

Issue

having download-speed issues since maybe 2 months.

- downloadspeed dropped from 1.3megs to 300kb/s occasionally, very rarely rising above 1meg. this is permanent during 24 hours.

- plugin error occured, solved.

- i installed last weeks patch, didn't solve the issue.

- as of a couple days ago fileserve downloads stop for no reason pretty often and don't resume automatically however they do manually also bandwith is very unstable between 50kb/s and 800kb/s. Just took me half an hour to download a 60mb file.



I've read about changing the password? Does this apply in this case too or is this applied concerning another issue?

You should apply the recommendations concerning the special characters in your password.

Are you sure your premium account is working? Do you see a key icon in the Host column for your FSe downloads?

Look at the settings of the account in jD. Is all OK?

Can you download fine and with high speed in your browser?

Was this advice soft enough?

i have problems with premium too... from home with jdownloader up to date my premium works well (and i have a special character in the password), but from my vps with jdownloader up to date doesn't work, account expired!
from the browser in vps works well and i have a premium... how is that possible?

Change your password by removing the special character. Then remove your account from jD and add it again. Restart jD.
