i don't understand what log since enabling premium account didn't create any log even in all...

like i already aid jdownloader up to date, premium working on both (vps and pc home), but jdownloader fileserve premium works only in my pc at home, not my vps

We reverted back to using API and it can not handle non alpha numeric passwords.

both versions are up to date.. how can i check the plugin version?

You can check it in the Version column of the Settings -> Plugins & Add-ons -> Host list.

edit: i change the password to a new password and updated and it was working on both... i change again to the same password that i had before and now both work... very strange but now works xd

I have this issue with fileserve invalid account.

I reinstall the Jdownloader but still the same problem.

I have Premium account at Fileserve.

Make sure search before making new threads, also read the rules. Also sure you make new threads in the correct area.

Read some of this threads answers it's probably related to password using characters. Change your password to use alpha numeric only. If not post your logfile for us.

Since about a week I can not download anything from fileserve Jdownloader and I have the premium account. Now uninstall the downloader has already sent several times fileserve mail if there is a problem in my mind and nothing, I still can not download. The problem I get is of Do Offline? Wait 4:00 m: 00s time ends and begins again. Not to do. We appreciate your help

If you can download the files with your browser something is blocking jD. I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.

If your password contains special characters, please change it.

Then remove your account, restart jD, and add the account again.

Also enable the account and enable "Enable Premium Globally".

If this wouldn't work, please provide a complete and detailed log.

My jdownloader show that my premium account fileserver is invalid.

Threads merged, please search before making new threads (specially in wrong sections) @cedasrbija.

Make sure your user password only contains alpha numeric password, allowed chars a to Z and 0 to 9
(fileserve api constraint).

Delete your account from JD, and re-add it again in the account manager.

If it still fails jump on CHAT and we can teamview.

Thank you for your help, but nothing happened still the same problem. Now I've been reading in other post is that this might Fileserver maintenance and why it fails JDonwloader enter the page Fileserve and sometimes fails to load and sometimes not. That might not be the problem or will be otherwise.
