Anyone by chance having a working setup on a Diskstation with DSM 6 Beta2 (out today)?

Upgraded mine and it screwed up the Java as the manager is replaced. Tried with a third party package for Java/jDownloader (**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) but had no chance to get it to run although the JAVA_HOME is set.

Somehow they also cut root privileges so I can't check via WinSCP anymore.

Any helping hand would be welcome?

When you no longer can access via root, then you can install your own java/jdownloader into a folder that you can access and make it run there. I'm sorry but we cannot provide any further help for Diskstation.

"General - Delay Write Mode" taucht auf. Steht bei mir auf "Auto".
Was wird denn damit genau bewirkt?

Hintergrund Tasks verzögern das Schreiben auf Platte bis Aktivität aufkommt /zb Downloads, neue Links...diese Hintergrund Tasks (zb Accountcheck, Updatecheck...) haben dann Schreibaktivität erzeugt was den Standby verhindert hat.

Und was ist der Unterschied zwischen "Auto" und "On"? Erkennt er bei "Auto" automatisch, dass er Headless läuft und aktiviert es nur dann?

Das Update habe ich seit Gestern auch drauf. Ich hatte gehofft das meine DS heute Morgen schläft, tat meine 415+ aber nicht. Ich habe meine DS nun nochmal neu gestartet und werde die etwas im Auge behalten....

Also laut Logs war die NAS von 26.01 circa 21.47 bis 6.30 am 27.01 im Standby.
In dem Zeitraum gibt es keinerlei Aktivität
