nur mal kurz eine kleine Rückmeldung meinerseits.

Ich nutze den JDownloader2 auf einem Raspberry PI 3 (ARMv8).
Da ich in den obigen Beiträgen nur einen Link für die Version 15.09 (ARMv7) gefunden habe, habe ich diese einfach mal ausprobiert. Und siehe da, es funktioniert alles bestens.

Warum die ARMv7 funktioniert weis ich leider nicht. Ich meine aber irgendwo gelesen zu haben, dass der Raspberry PI 3 zwar einen ARMv8 hat, und eigentlich 64-Bit fähig sein sollte, man sich aber trotzdem für ein 32-Bit Betriebssystem entschieden hat. Grund ist wohl der zu geringe RAM von nur 1 GByte der nicht für den erweiterten Adressbereich des ARMv8 ausgelegt ist (gefährliches Halbwissen).

Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, die Version 15.09 (ARMv7) von .bismarck funktioniert auf dem PI 3.

@DerBlaueKobold: ARMv7 kann(muss aber nicht) auch auf ARMv8 laufen, aber ARMv8 nicht auf einem ARMv7

Also auf Freenas/FreeBSD reicht es ein
pkg install compat9x-amd64
auszuführen?
Dann funktioniert rar5, seh ich das richtig?

@BaschtlWaschtl: Nein, du brauchst schon eine aktuallisierte Library mit rar5 support.
Oder kompilierst dir diese selbst.

Hi, I have been experiencing 'Extraction Error" for every "Darkest Hours" posting by all members and from their links. Am I missing something? My Jdownloader is always uptodate

Hi Jiaz, you know what. Sat up all night trying to crack this, and finally found out that for some reason, my WinRar had reverted back to evaluation copy
I keyed in my license key back again and voila, no more problems.

I have had no problems extracting all vidoes so far up until yesterday.

Hi Jiaz, I spoke too soon. My problem above was with my desktop, and that has been solved. Now the same problem is on my laptop running WIn 10. Sorry to ask this but where can I find the "Jdownloader/libs folder on my machine? Tried looking for it but......

@jkumarm: You have to install rar5 supported library from first post! JDownloader doesn't use Winrar at all.
You can open your JDownloader folder via about dialog of JDownloader. You can click on it.

Ok I am not sure if what I did as was mentioned on how to extract the WinRar files into the Jdownloader libs directory was correct or not, but I just downloaded Jumanji, winrar files and it has extracted it correctly as before.

You were saying that Jdownloader does not use WinRar, but I have been using it with no problems in my Jdownloader for 5 years now and no issues. Select movie you want to download, copy the winrar links from webiste under any account(Uploaded) and it automatically pastes these links on Jdownloader, then click download now, it starts downloading and after which it automatically unzips the winrar files and extracts the video file to my folder.

So, after my earlier issue, of having problems extracting those particular movies, it is still the same only for those movies. I still have the extracted winrar files, but it shows extraction error. Even if I try to extract them manually.
So could it be, just isolated movie file corruption or I dunno.:confused:

I'm sorry but I don't mean it cannot extract rar(winrar is windows tool for it) but I mean it doesn't use the winrar tool for extraction.

Simply download the zip from first post and extract it into the JDownloader/libs folder. DO NOT extract the 2 files again, but just place those 2 files into libs folder.

Auf meinem Freenas System läuft JDownloader echt gut. Ich hab die beiden Dateien mal kopiert. Leider hat JDownloader dann garnicht mehr entpackt. Es hieß nur noch "Fertiggestellt". Also der Download. Entpackt wurde nicht.
Nach entfernen der Dateien ging alles wieder wie vorher.
Wenn ich es nochmal probiere reicht dann der JDownloader Log den ich den Einstellungen erstellen kann?
Oder wo fange ich mit der Fehlersuche an?

Freenas auf welcher CPU? Erstell mal ein Log übers Webinterface/Einstellungen und poste dann die logID hier

Du meinst mit den Rar5 libs, richtig?
Probier ich am Wochenende. Bin grad noch auf der Arbeit :-)
