Default problem during jd installation

Hey guys i just reinstalled windows and i'm trying to install JD when i get the window shown at the attached image.
Last time i installed it it didn't show me this.. no matter what i press it keeps popping up every 5 seconds and even if i complete the installation ignoring it, JD won't work. it can't check link availability or download, or check for updates.

i tried reinstalling java and JD still nothing.
It's probably not JRE 7 related, since it was working fine with it (although very slowly) before i reinstalled.

any ideas? could it be a windows problem? i hope i don't have to reinstall windows for a 2nd time.:unsure:

Connection problem can't be ignored, you have to fix it, your JD is not complete.
Check what you have in jdownloader folder.
- Try windows_createlog.bat, upload the log to _http://jdownloader.org/pastebin

Try offline installer at the bottom of download page.
If you still have copy of previous JD, you can move it to your new Windows.
