Default I can't backup my setting

HI
I have a problem about backup
I have upadte the latest version of JD2
But I can't backup my setting
I recorded a video of the process

The video shows that JD did the backup but then the file disappeared?

oh sorry
I didn't notice the external link was blocked
The link is youtube video, shows that JD save as the backup file in the folder ,and then the file disappeared

external link isn't blocked, well at least for us.
youtube video shows that its been created on disk, and then disappears.

I could be:
most likely caused by file could be removed by another program? antivirus?
or less likely as ....
if the file was created and something went wrong within jd it should be still on disk, though maybe corrupt/incomplete.

I could back up before, maybe it ’s too many download queue

I have tried another computer and still cannot back it up,
if I reinstall JD2, it can be backed up successfully

I need to save the download queue

How many items are in the download list?

if you can't do it in program you can always rar up the /cfg directory or just copy paste it somewhere and place it in you new install

I successfully backed up the download list by rar up the /cfg
